At the Golden Q we strive to achieve an environment that initiates a positive work ethic. Our kitchen runs on communication, camaraderie, and an attitude that invites clean, organized, and focused behaviors. We adhere to health code standards and strive to improve in all areas expected in a professional kitchen. We expect hard work and skillful execution from our staff in all aspects of their duties.
Our bartenders and servers are required adherence to our customer service policies. All front of house employees are taught liquor and drinking establishment laws and are expected to enforce them. Our restaurant runs on communication and team work. We teach our bartenders how to skillfully make drinks and expand their knowledge of alcohol and food. Quick and friendly service is always our goal here at the Golden Q.
I'd like to thank everyone for supporting the Golden Q throughout the years. Without our patrons the Bar wouldn't be what it is today.
